Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on PH89. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PH89 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. PH89 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify PH89 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
PH89 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
PH89 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers, as well as Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. PH89 does not accept third-party payments. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered in your name, PH89 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend your account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. PH89 may require you to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.
Funds deposited into your PH89 account are held for gaming purposes only. PH89 is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
PH89 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PH89 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any PH89 content without the prior written consent of PH89.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PH89 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the PH89 Platform, including but not limited to:
PH89 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PH89's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PH89 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PH89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for cause, PH89 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding AML verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to PH89.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate Philippine legal channels.
Nothing in this clause shall limit PH89's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
